Acceptable Use Policy

Joybit creates fun, AI-generated videos of pets. To keep the service safe and lawful, the following rules apply to every order and any content you submit.

What you may submit

• Photos of your own pet or an animal you have the right to use.

Prohibited content & use

You may not submit, request, or use our service to create, and we will not generate:

• NSFW, sexual, or pornographic content of any kind — including nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material.
• Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM). This is strictly forbidden under a zero-tolerance policy; such activity will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual deepfakes or face-swaps — synthetic or altered media depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent. This includes any sexual, intimate, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive deepfake of a real individual.
• Content that impersonates a real person, or is intended to deceive, defame, or mislead.
• Photos, faces, or likenesses of real people used without their consent.
• Violent, gory, or graphic content.
• Hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive content.
• Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity.
• Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Any content that is harmful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.

AI-generated content rules

JoyBit is an AI video service that creates stylized animations of pets from a photo you provide. Our tools must not be used to generate non-consensual deepfakes or face-swaps of real people, any NSFW or sexual content, or any content involving minors. We use these inputs only to produce your pet video, and we may refuse, cancel, remove, or report any order or content that violates this policy.

Automated content screening

Every photo uploaded to JoyBit is processed through OpenAI's safety-enforced image generation pipeline, which automatically refuses to generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policies — including sexual content, content involving minors, violence, hateful imagery, and non-consensual likenesses of real people. Orders that trigger a policy refusal are canceled automatically and a full refund is issued. This safety layer runs on every order without exception.

Enforcement

We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order that violates this policy, and may issue a refund where appropriate. Repeated or serious violations may result in a permanent ban from the service.
