What we can't refund: completed and delivered videos (for example, a change of mind, or because the result isn't an exact likeness), except where a refund is required by law.
A note on expectations: videos are AI-generated and stylized for fun — your cat will be recognizable, but it's a playful animation, not a perfect photo-real copy.
