We create custom, made-to-order videos featuring an animated version of the pet in the photo you provide, based on a preset template. Each order is produced manually and delivered digitally, normally within 24 hours of receiving your photo and order details.
You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for the photos you submit.
Photos must be of pets/animals. No illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content. We may decline or cancel any order that violates these terms (with a refund where applicable).
Delivered videos are silent. We do not supply or include any music. You can add your own music when you post the video (for example, using Instagram's built-in music library). You are responsible for any music you add and for complying with the platform's terms.
Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver, you will receive a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller's principal place of business.
